Cause we need to make money but mostly because stress balls are custom squeezable toys primarily used for stress relief they come in many shapes that are great for marketing or promoting any business, brand, or event. How can I pay for my order?
If we could we would accept IOU's but right now we only accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal.
How many do I have to order?
We recommend at least 50000 but our minimum order quantity is 150 for the best pricing but if you would like to order less or more then what we have listed please call Stress Balls 360 at (800) 738 6855.
How much can I fit on a stress ball?
As much as your heart desires but we like to take into account size and visibility when suggesting imprint ideas for your needs. If you have a question about your imprint please call us at (800) 738 5855. We are always here to help and will gladly mock up a virtual stress ball for you to preview for FREE.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order and send us your artwork or personalized text, our army of little green men creates and emails you an artwork proof for you to approve. Once we have your approval they go and custom imprint your desired logo or message on the stress ball. After production your order gets shipped to you in plenty of time for you to have an amazing promotion for your event.
How soon will I get my order?
It depends, did you send me a tip? But even if you didn't our orders ship as soon as they are ready. Normally that is 5 days after a proof is approved. We also provide 3 day rush and next day rush for your convenience at an additional cost. Next day rush orders with an imprint must be in by 11:00 AM central time, if you are ordering blanks the order must be in by 12:30 PM central time.
Why is there a set up charge?
The set up charge pays for a little green man to engrave your message or logo onto a metal plate so that we can imprint it properly on your stress ball. For a one color and one location imprint we only charge a one time $30 set up. If you have an exact re-order set up is only $15.
Will I be able to see my imprint before it goes into production?
Yes, our army of green men are quite nice and they provide a free virtual proof for all our orders prior to printing or charging them. The proof will show you exactly what your imprint will look like on the stress ball. We provide free revisions until you are completely satisfied. 24 Hour RUSH orders must waive proof to meet shipping timeframe.
What if I don't have a logo but want one designed?
That is okay our graphic designers are always looking for more work, this allows us to provide graphic designing services for all our customers. Please contact us for more details if you need a logo designed.
What format does my artwork need to be in?
Adobe Illustrator vector images are the best format to provide the file in but we can work with gifs, jpgs, docs, pdfs pretty much anything you may have. We can normally make any logo work as long as we have a file that is 600 dpi.
How do I send over my artwork?
You can fold it into a paper plane and throw it to us but it will get to us quicker if you upload your artwork on the order page for your desired stress ball or email it directly to art@stressballs360.com.
Is printing on multiple locations allowed?
Maybe if you are nice to us, but even if you are not we still print on multiple locations on most of our stress balls. Call us at (800) 738-6855 if you would like to print on multiple locations. Each additoinal location carries a $30 setup and up to a $.35 cent per stress ball run charge.
My artwork isn't perfect...What do I do?
We can touch up most art free of charge. If we have to recreate the logo completely there are some charges that do apply but we will contact you before we recreate your logo.
